Day 1 – Me and my family went camping! We hiked all the way from east dam to Long ke beach wearing heavy camping gear. We decided to go camping overnight in long ke beach. I had a lot of fun. I made sand castles and went swimming in the water. I did cartwheels in the sand. In the night I saw a wild boar coming to our tent. Then mommy kicked the tent to scare the wild boar. It didn’t came back. The boar was scared of mommy. I was hot all night and couldn’t sleep.
Day 2 – I woke up in long ke beach and it started heavy raining and lightning and we heard thunder. so we stayed in the tent. Once the rain wasn’t so heavy and we couldn’t hear any thunder or see any lightning we went out of our tent and put on our rain jacket. We unpacked our the tent and got ready to leave. We walked back up hill then in the dam we took a taxi back home. Then our dad said it was the 2rd day of adventure and we shouldn’t be lazy and stay in home. So we got up and started driving to Mong kok. We were planning to just eat dinner there and shop. So we did that.
Day 3 – Me and my sister played Roblox. We did games like Tower of fun and Adopt me. We decided to have a lazy day. It was raining. We went to Sai kung. We got bubble tea and fish balls in curry sauce and we went to the park. Later it stopped raining. Before we went home we went on the swings. A boy gave Bella a flower. Then we went home.
Day 4 – We planned to go to shek-O-Beach and then the zoo. It started to rain so my mom and dad put a cover. Me and Bella went swimming in the water. Me and my dad played with a frisbee. We had lots of fun. Later we were all hungry so we went to a nearby restaurant to eat lunch. The food was delicious.
Day 5 – My friend called Chantel came for a play date. We danced to Just dance and had lots of fun. W played hide and seek. Later she left.

My poodle is called Pepper. She is 10 years old and knows a lot of tricks like one time she fetched a stick, she also can sit down and shake hands and roll over and lay.
I have mongrels called: Sima, Tima, Moon, Toffee, and Tess.
I think Sima and Tima are twins or related or something. They look the same. But one of the two dogs, I don’t know who can do a handshake. They both are black color.
One of my dogs are called Tess. Its blond color.
One of my dogs in called Moon. The color is black and brown. It is shy.
My last and for all is a dog called Toffee. The color is blond. It is also shy.
Kombucha is like black tea and is fermented with something called scoby and scoby is from bacteria and yeast. Scoby you can get by someone or maybe somewhere in a market or in amazon. I would highly recommend making kombucha with organic black tea for a beginner.
What you will need to make kombucha is…
A clean gallon clear glass jar
8 black tea bags
Scoby
1 cup of white sugar
clean fabric and a rubber band with some kitchen twine
2 cups of previous made kombucha
Make sure your clear gallon jar is clean because you don’t want to get bad bacteria into your mouth. How to get the previous made kombucha is you could get it by a friend or in a shop or if you it isn’t your first time you could use your own one. If it is your first time and you don’t have previous made kombucha, it’s okay because you can use 2 tablespoons ofwhite vinegar only white vinegar not apple cider vinegar or raw apple cider especially because that can have vinegar eels in it, vinegar eels are okay but they could eat your scoby!! You only use 2 tablespoons of vinegar if you don’t have the previous kombucha.
So now we need to add 3 quarts of water that we heat up in a pot. So now you will need to put 2 quarts of water to a measuring cup. Then, pour the measuring cup to your clean clear gallon glass jar. Then, pour the last bit of water still in your pot into your clear gallon glass jar. Then, we need to tie up all those 8 black tea bags together and take of the little pieces of paper on the top of the tea bag strings because the paper might fall in the water. Now we leave them in the water for only 10 mins because if higher it will be too strong and might be off flavor. Now we take away the black tea bags by anything, it would be good if you use a spoon. Do not squeeze or press the tea bags to the side of the jar or it will give your tea a very strong taste. Use a plate to get all the drippings. Pour 1 cup of white sugar to your clear jar. Now let inside of your jar cool down, the temperature needs to be under 80 degrees. Now we are gonna pour our kombucha from your previous batch or add 2 tablespoons of your white vinegar(so you don’t worry about your vinegar eels that can damage your scoby) Now you need to put a little bit of water. Use your clean hands and put the scoby into the jar. It’s okay if if your scoby floats or sinks. Leave your jar for at least 7 days or if you want your kombucha to be tangy then you should do 10 or 14 days not in the direct sunlight. Now take out the scoby’s out of the jar and put it on a bowl and don’t put the scoby to the refrigerator because scoby doesn’t like to be cold, they will get mold or it might make a weaker kombucha, instead you need to put your scoby in a container Do a good stir using a spoon to mix the jar well. Pour 2 cups of kombucha into the measuring cup then pour to the container over where the scoby is. Now you need to add things so your kombucha is fizzy. You can maybe add a fruit or ginger, maybe you want to strain your ginger or put it in tiny chunks. If you want it sweet you could put some real natural sweetener that you want in your kombucha. Wash and slice up your fruit or thing you want in your kombucha( I like to put fruit in my kombucha) I will show you a strawberry kombucha. Wash and slice the strawberry, then you blend them and I would pour the mixture to a bottle with a screw top. Optional: you can use a bit of honey or sugar to sweeten your kombucha. Now, give your kombucha another well stir. Pour 2 cups of kombucha to a measuring cup then pour to your bottle with the screw top. Leave a space in the top. If it’s too much leave a bit to the side. Give your bottle a stir. Put the cap on the bottle and tighten it. Wait for 1-2 days then you can drink it, if you want it more days use a swing top bottle, but those could break.
This is a plant planted by my mom. It is so beautiful and colorful. It blooms up high and is very pretty. The pot is not pretty but the flowers are. I helped my mom planted the big one but the small one I planted myself. My mom and I have lots more flowers planted, a lot more, we have a huge yard!!

One day in the kennel I was very sad because I wanted to bring these dogs home and they said OKAY!😊 we could bring all of them into our home for one night.
It was the afternoon already so yeah. when we went home I placed them on the sofa, Sammy the one a chubbier and a bit heavier was as cool as a cucumber and Kiki was like very active and Luna was also very active and they both were normally nibble and scratch. and the annoying bit is that they didn’t sleep when I brushed my teeth in the other room next door they were barking like crazy!!
So I needed to always check on them next door. When I finished I needed to get in bed and sleep, but I had put the dogs in their big cage, when I tried to sleep they kept barking, i had no choice to put all the dogs in my bed or in the floor, I had a big room and was scared if I put them on the floor in the morning the will hide and I will need to search my whole room, so I placed all of them in my bed (they didn’t poop and wee in my bed!) In the morning, I woke up and went down stair holding first I holding two of the pets because I have stairs in the house and I can’t make them go themselves, it’s too dangerous for them so I needed to carry them.
Second I holded the other one I left in my room to wait. I placed them outside, outside one blond puppy went to pee and when I was watching it pee I also saw one of them pooped inside the house on the stairs and on the floor! eww😖 but I was sad because the needed to go back to the kennel. In a few weeks, they went back to their owner, I missed them, but it was fine because I have 8 dogs that is ours already.😁

This is a fresh juicy looking watermelon planted by our mom in the roof. It tasted juicy and was very yummy and delicious. Outside the color was green and inside was red, it was small but it was very delicious. We ate it all and cut it out to show you. My mom has a bit more growing I think?

I have a wonderful mom, she is very pretty. She helps me sometimes with my homework, in the weekends we SOMETIMES go to this kennel. She has a kennel, a kennel is where dogs and cats go in, she works for Ferndale Kennels & Cattery. On weekends we play with the dogs, especially there are three SUPER cute puppies called Luna, Kiki, and Sammy. They are very adorable. She cooks for me and do things I can’t do. My mom also teaches me how to cook. I love her so much.❤
I love animals like cats and dogs, I don’t really like wild animals. I love chicken and I am sometimes very bored so I play my iPad with my sister, Bella. Me and my sister plus my dad sometimes go to the beach and also instead if we don’t get to go we get to make a car out of Lego!! I have lots of friends. I like spending the time with my family.😉 My favorite fruit is watermelon. I’m addicted with fidget toys.
My sister is called Bella and she is very nice. Her hair is very long , (it almost touches her bottom) and she has curly hair she doesn’t like to cut her hair because she likes her hair long and likes when it’s curly. My sister bella says she wants to be a vegetarian and a vet when she grows up. My sister is a lover of pets. My sister is the only sister I have so I love her❤.
